"This is a beautiful, private home central to many adventures in Italy. We were able to travel to Rome, Pompeii, the beaches near Pescara all within easy day trips. "Located in the centre of pescina, close to bars and restaurants with easy parking. The room was pleasant with an outlook over the river but overlooked by the apartment blocks. The restaurant is closed (until further notice !!!), however the breakfast was excellent and staff very pleasant. Found a superb restaurant within 15 minutes walk and used it both nights although there are others closer to the hotel and town. Nice hotel to use as a base for visiting the surrounding countyside and beautiful...

"This was a nightmare, and not at all as advertised. Should not be listed on Hotels.com. We were the only customers of the whole place, our car was the only car. Felt very insecure. No restaurant.
