"It was a delightful pair of days. The staff and service is superb, I strongly recommend if you want to have beautiful days in an almost private beach in a park with excellent food. I recommend to dinne early to enjoy the sunset. Only suggestion is to increase the number of wine options from Tuscany in the wine list and to introduce a good vermouth. The drinks are great. Again congratulations to the staff!"

He brought drinks to us at the poolside along with homemade focaccia and olive oil made by his own family on this estate. Not only was it delicious, it was something I’ve never had another host do despite many years of travel. The other staff were equally kind and cheerful. We had a traditional Italian charcuterie breakfast there and fresh juice. Even the water was special with mint and lemons from their trees. The room was spacious, clean, and had an air conditioner, which saved us during this massive heat wave. Francesco was wonderful to assist us with dinner plans and also activities around Elba. He has lived here his whole life, so he definitely has great advice! The grounds of this place are so pristine and would be ideal for families with young children. There is plenty of room to run and play and a playground in the shade. The pool was large and very clean too! If you are on the fence about staying somewhere else on the island, I can promise you that you won’t regret choosing Casa Campanella!"
