The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. "I loved this property! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beautiful pool area. The food at the pool bar was delicious and fresh! I wish we had eaten dinner at the hotel too. Breakfast was perfect with variety of choices. Staff were incredibly helpful and informative. I hope to return to Lipari and will stay here again for sure."
"Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"
"It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!"
"Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place."
