Unexpected surprise

Hotel was hard to find. Once there the staff was pleasant. The surprise came when we had to drive up a long dirt road to our villa. Once there the room and view was great. We had to Steve to the pool, restaurant bs bar. A little inconvenient but nevertheless a unique experience. Driving a must to get around. Not a close walk to anywhere.

Graziosi miniresidence immersi nel verde

Posto grazioso, camere pulite e atmosfera rilassante. Personale cortese. Magnifica la piscina olimpionica immersa nel verde ... e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Comodissimo anche il servizio navetta che ti porta al lido convenzionato con l'agriturismo. Se andate in auto occhio alle strisce blu.

Albergo con piscina immerso nel verde.

Locali comuni con qualche pecca nella pulizia, più che altro con presenza di insetti. ma si sa è un hotel immerso nella campagna. Per il resto tanto relax.

For sleeping, bathing but not for eating.

There are several ups with this hotel, unfortunately balanced by a number of downs. On the upside is the well-planned area with its spread out little apartments, among trees and flowers, which makes you feel like at a comfortable country-side resort. The pool is also well worth mentioning, fifty meters long and ten tracks, it is good not only for cooling down, but for some training as well. On the downside is all food, both breakfast and dinner are sub-standard. For breakfast, there is very little to choose from, and the high demand croissants will only be available for the early wakers. The dinner was an overpriced disappointment, the low ambition cooking and uninspired presentation reminded of canned food.

Un'esperienza da provare una volta.

Nel complesso la struttura ha grandi potenzialità e potrebbe offrire maggiore accoglienza agli ospiti. La natura e la tranquillità del luogo, a pochi passi dal mare, sono davvero un ottimo binomio, purtroppo la vicina autostrada infastidisce il relax che altrimenti sarebbe totale! Le stanze sono essenziali e accoglienti, sparse lungo la fiancata della collina, la pulizia pero' lascia a desiderare ed il personale di servizio, anche se molto cortese, sembra essere improvvisato. La possibilità di usufruire della struttura come ospite esterno comporta qualche disagio soprattutto in occasione delle festività ( tipo Ferragosto). Molto efficiente il servizio di trasferimento all'interno della struttura e verso il vicino lido che risulta essere gradevole e ben attrezzato.

Santi and Federica were wonderful. It was a beautiful setting with an ocean view and was very clean and wonderful hospitality from the staff and very kind!

Responsable de l'accueil et l'équipe excellente, très bonne restauration, les chambres sont convenables pour le prix, le seul problême est l'autoroute et ses nuisances sonores. Prévoir véhicule pour accéder à la plage.

Awesome place, couldn't do enough

Great place, massive swimming pool. Bus from Capo D'orlando will drop you off out the front. Couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. Even called the taxi driver we hired after we realised we'd left a bag in the car. The hotel organised it's return! Will definately stay again.

A bit iffy!

At height of season this hotel may be different but when we travelled it was a bit eerie. Room was a steep drive up from the main complex. In our first room the toilet didn't flush and the mini bar fridge (which was stocked with one bottle of water and one coke!!) had a dreadful smell. They did move us into a new room promptly which was much better though. I'd rate it average at best but may be a bit more lively in peak season!

Not as nice as photos

Although we stayed at this motel in off-season, I think that shouldn't excuse the lack of service when we arrived, and especially not the lack of heat in the room on a cold December day. The biggest disappointment, however, was the room. We didn't dare remove the wood shutters over the windows because that was going to invite chilly drafts into an underheated room. Also, the bed was pretty lumpy, the bathroom a disgrace, and the cleanliness a 3 on a 10-pt scale. Travelers should also be warned of the enormous difficulty in locating the hotel. Even with a GPS system, we had to rely on the kindness of a local resident to find it. He generously led us in his car up a small country lane to a place we never would have located on our own. I'm trying to think of something nice to say, but am at a loss for possibilities.

Di buono solo il panorama

assolutamente deludente! darei al massimo una stella, volendo essere generosi. carenza di pulizia, personale non qualificato, manutenzione della struttura assente, spiaggia raggiungibile con la navetta, colazione da evitare se non vuoi condividerla con le mosche... un vero peccato, c'è un panorama mozzafiato, potrebbe essere un posto da favola! unico dato positivo: la flessibilità degli orari (non devi lasciare la camera alle 10.00)

Da provare

Piu' che un hotel e' un villaggio immerso nella natura in montagna; ma a soli 5 minuti d'auto ci si trova nelle spiagge e nel mare piu' bello e pulito della sicilia. Bel contrasto. Unica nota dolente e' che cio' che abbiamo risparmiato prenotando con expedia, l'hotel se lo e' ripreso con i prezzi che abbiamo pagato per pranzare e cenare in loco.Troppo cari i pasti.
