"The spa is severely understaffed. Was there 5 nights could not get a massage they had no therapist, could not get a facial or manicure because they only have one tech. The men's side of the spa was down completely. But outside of the spa the hotel was wonderful. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff"

"Positive: -Comfy bed -Clean room, modern -Nice bathroom: shower pressure, bath products, etc. -24 hour coffee in the lobby (no coffee maker in the rooms) and citrus water (cucumber, lemon, etc.) Negative: -LOUD doors, because they're heavy, you hear every slam -DARK rooms, some nightstand lighting but no overhead lighting so very dark. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom/sink area is a terrible, dark fluorescent, not flattering -No option for fan only (it's either AC or heat) so if you would like to sleep with a fan for white noise or for staying cool, not going to happen -Pets are allowed, so you might hear some dog barks"

"The door to the room is very heavy and hard to open. Thats my only complaint. The staff were wonderful the rooms were very clean and fresh. We would stay here again. Breakfast was good, waffle bar, eggs, turkey sausage and cereal nice spread."
