The villa, at the top of a 'dreary' (hill) is on the heights of the town of CAPESTERRE BELLE EAU with a beautiful view of the sea, the sugar cane fields and the banana plantations.
    2 steps from the beaches of ROSEAU, BANANIER and 5 minutes by car from the town. Backed by the mountain, it is also very close to the tropical forest of the SOUFRIERE massif and its volcano bearing the same name (1597m) and the 3 CARBET falls, the highest of which reaches 110m.
