  • Perfectly located near the Village Green, Cape Vincent Chamber of Commerce and The Wolfe Island Ferry to Canada with convenience to several restaurants, Marina, Brewery, Cafe, Ice Cream Shop, French Towne Market, Boutiques & More!
    Enjoy a fresh spacious home, fully furnished kitchen, Large Dining Room, quaint River View Reading Room, large family room full laundry and 3 bedrooms with full bath upstairs.
    Take in great views of the St. Lawrence River from a few rooms in the house or outside on the large deck. Here you can enjoy views of the River, the Village Green and the comings and goings of Hornes Ferry.
    In July thousands visit Cape Vincent for the French Festival. Throughout the summer there are numerous events that take place on the Village Green include weekly music. Also, Car shows, historic reenactment, family day, stroll along broadway and Oktoberfest the end of September.
    Approximately 1 mile to Tibbets Point Lighthouse and only a 25 minute drive to the ferry's that will take you to Boldt Castle. and Millionaires Row.
