The house accommodates up to six guests (including infants).
- The kitchen comes with a large dining area leading onto a deck in front with an
undercover verandah.
Also a separate lounge room. There is a front and back yard which is ideal for a families. Property has fencing on two sides, rear and front fence with gate.
Beach and spectacular views are a five minute walk including a rock pool - ideal for families, as well as a fabulous surf beach protected by a life-saving club in the Summer months. A very safe area with parks and play equipment for children. There are beautiful walks at Cape Paterson and around its beaches.
There is much to do for a family holiday.
Cape Paterson boasts fantastic surf beaches, an inlet beach with a rock pool. Great locations for fishing or boating. The city of Wonthaggi is only a ten minute car ride away with all the major supermarkets and smaller ones, hotels, the RSL and restaurants/cafes, shops etc.
There is also the local coal mine tour in Wonthaggi.
Phillip Island is a half-hour drive away.
It is also ideal for a couple's weekend away. The area is quiet and energising.
Cape Paterson has a Tavern with a fantastic menu and a general store to buy your essentials.
There is a drive along the ocean coast to Inverloch.
