Rare Oceanfront Home Directly on the Sand in Oceanside, Oregon! The Finley!

10/10 Excellent

"Julie's place is absolutely amazing! She has thought of everything! Her home is beautiful! The location is perfect and the views are beautiful! It's a great place to sit and relax while listening to the waves crash. Tunnel Beach is right out the back door. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfy. She even has extra blankets to curl up and watch the ocean with. Julie is very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to stay!"

Oceanfront cottage with hot tub beach access fireplace and WiFi Dog friendly

8/10 Good

"Stay here for the location and the views! It’s absolutely gorgeous and you can’t beat the quiet proximity to the beach. It was great to bring our pup along but it was a bummer having to deal with the smells of past pet accidents. There was a faint dog pee smell in all or most rooms. This place definitely needs a deep clean too. There was sand on the chairs in the room, food under the couch, and noticeable dust and even a few dead bugs on the ground. I sincerely wish the cleanliness was better because I want to come back here! The sound of the ocean from the hot tub was so nourishing and relaxing. You can’t beat that!"

Waterfront house with ocean views and gorgeous sunsets dog friendly

8/10 Good

"The views were lovely! The cabin was in a perfect location and it was great that we got to bring our dogs. Literally right across the street from the ocean! The place was very cute and well-appointed, and the decor was nice. However, it was pretty dirty and needs a deep clean in the kitchen, and there were some other maintenance issues like the lights that were burnt out in the kitchen.Overall it was a nice stay, but we would have appreciated a cleaner spot."

Spacious dog friendly home with ocean views sauna wood stove and WIFI

8/10 Good

"Great house with the amazing Oceanside hillside view. Only downsides are that the photos of the driveway parking looks much larger than it is and checkout is 10am with no willingness to allow for late checkout."

New Listing Breathtaking Views of Endless Ocean

10/10 Excellent

"WritingOur stay at this property was everything we hoped for and more! Our entire family was comfortable, and the home had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing, memorable vacation. The fully stocked kitchen, grills, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple gathering spaces made it perfect for a multigenerational family trip. The location was fantastic, with an easy, quick walk to the beautiful beach and delicious cafés and restaurants just a short distance away. And the views… absolutely breathtaking! We still can’t get over how beautiful they were. The only thing future guests should know is that you will have virtually ZERO cell service once you arrive in Oceanside! We learned this the hard way when we forgot to screenshot or write down our door code before arriving and had to drive back to Netarts to get service. So, do yourself a favor and save all your check-in information before you arrive! The Wi-Fi at the property works great, though.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for bringing the whole family together. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again!"

Renovated three story home by the beach with a furnished deck and washer dryer

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and nice size to accommodate our group. Walking distance to the beach was good and we liked how quiet it was at night. We also enjoyed the fact that the house had a couple board games available for guests. We would definitely stay again, thank you!"

Dog friendly oceanview home one block to beach

8/10 Good

"Everything was wonderful even a surprise hot tub (we’re just not hot tub folks). The only thing that was a bummer is we were trying to organize a birthday celebration at Happy Camp and the internet was not working. It was also a blessing with our teen. :) Oh, I would also add deck, campfire furniture. I wished I could enjoy the outside areas, but no furniture. It was lovely, and we would love to stay here again!"

Elegant home with sauna private hot tub and ocean views accessible by elevator

10/10 Excellent

"Overall, the property was consistent with its listing and gave us a nice stay in a great location. The views from the top floor were spectacular of both the beach and the sunsets! We did take advantage of the location to walk the beach. As the planner for several group vacations, I received very positive feedback from our group on both the location and more importantly the facility. We look forward to renting it again when back in the area. The entire facility was very clean and the hot tub was being cleaned when we arrived. There were some of the third floor windows (the primary floor) that had smudges on them but most of them were on the outside and caused by swallows flying into them. Any interior smudges were easily cleaned off.Once I figured out how the VRBO protocol works, communication was quick and easy, via either text or email. While it took several tries to the get code to operate the elevator for one of our group of 7, answers to other questions where quick (less than 5 minutes) and responsive to our questions. We did use the entire facility (all four bedrooms, laundry, hot tub, elevator, and main floor fireplace) and all worked easily and as expected. The only recommendations we had were to considering shades on the west/beach side of the top floor to lessen heat during the summer and glare when in the kitchen."
