Had a great stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and comfortable. The best part is the location — it’s just a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Super convenient.

This was a convent, clean centrally located quiet and friendly place to stay. Best features were pool, view from sun deck with hammocks, beach access, and peace and quiet from hustle and bustle of boardwalk but yet walkable close when wanting to visit the action.

The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about anything, but the hotel was clean, with nice views. A very easy walk to the convention center on the boardwalk. The pool area was also very nice and clean, and the water temperature was good too. I would definitely go back

This hotel is so convenient to the beach and within waking distance anything you could need is close by. The only thing I really didn't like was the bed and TV in our room. The beds are so soft and completely unforgettable. I felt like I was getting swolled and I woke up in pain. The TV in our room seemed to be old and fuzzy. The beds really need an update but otherwise it's such a nice hotel. Also the concierge was so nice and he really left a positive memorable impression.

This is a perfect spot for a hotel! The pool was clean. The beach is right there. It's right near the boardwalk! It also has a cool hidden gem on the rooftop with hammocks. Very relaxing. Great ocean view! However, the check in was an hour after they said you could check in and service was cleaning your room before you checked out. Which didn't really allow you to go back and check for missing things. Also bed was not comfortable neither was the couch to a bed. It was do-able but not great. Overall I'd give it a B* lactation and amenities was really wonderful !

Room was not ready till 5pm and hotel never contacted me to notify when room is available. Rooms were not bad, just a little dirty. Hotel staff went into my room without my permission and was trying to check me out at 8 a.m. the following day. AC units were leaking water, making walking to elevator challenging.

The location was great! Could literally walk to everything. Rooms are outdated even though they did updates. Rooms were clean. Bed uncomfortable. Parking is tight as in spots are tight (packed in like sardines) but luckily did not have trouble finding a spot. Right across from the beach but it is a far walk but I guess that is normal for the area. Pool area is great but sometimes busy. We had an oceanfront room but they do not have private balconies so it defeats the purpose of paying for an upgraded room when you don’t even really use your “balcony” because it is a walk way. Overall had a good time with my family for the time were there.

The place is in desperate need of a makeover. Most of the outlets in the room were covered with a Blank Wall Plate. Absolutely NO closet or anywhere to hang anything except for 1 tail rack. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop that needs some TLC. The rooftop doesn’t open until 10 AM

1st. The welcome was easy . nice group. we noticed that the brochures that would be in the stand's in the lobby were not nothing????? Amenities: shampoo, body cream n towels. Box of tissues. No tub mat, they give a setup for coffee , no filters or coffee/tea/ sugar’s etc. It was nice to stay around the pool Nice little restaurant on 1st floor, serving breakfast n lunch…

The staff was very attentive and responsive to requests. Dislikes The porch and balcony lighting, particularly the porch lighting was intrusive to being able to sleep. The window covering couldn't block out the light. The balcony door lock was difficult to operate. Air conditioning was not able to be controlled in each room and ran continuously. Parking was very tight.

The hotel was clean. The people were friendly. I didn't like the small appliances in our kitchen. the coffee pot was just a basic coffee pot no Keurig. The toaster was again just a basic toaster . The metal plate on the bottom didn't stay closed. There were no way to pop the toast up without waiting for it to pop and it was burnt. It was nice having a fridge in the room but it made a loud banging noise all the time. it did keep everything cold. We used the pool and hot tub a few times. We enjoyed them and they were clean . The people we met at the pool were friendly. We over all had a good time and look forward to going back again.

We stayed in the Caicos room. Bedrooms were small. For instance, we had to walk sideways to squeeze between the bed and the dresser unit. The living area was fairly spacious. Kids really loved the pool and hot tub which stayed open till 10pm. There was a lot of space around the pool area for lounging and they have nice pool lounging chairs. We had a nice stay, no bothers. Rooms can use some updating. The sofa bed was one of the worst ever. The coils could be felt through the mattress. Room 230 has 3 balconies. One off the living area with view of ocean. One off the each bedroom. Back balcony faces town. I feel like the pool and hot tub are what draws people to stay and come back.
