Every single staff I encountered was friendly, smiling helpful. The lady at the front desk , I called her angel in my mind because that’s what she was , was so helpful. I loved Nicky who made my morning coffee . The room was clean , super clean , white and airy . As I descended the gorgeous stair of this lovely dowager hotel , I could feel myself transported back to the 1800s , I loved the drinks on the porch they were. delicious .
