The home has an open concept with the main living area opening up to the large dining area and kitchen to the rear of the home. There is a full size kitchen with breakfast bar seating, new countertops and new appliances. There is a full size laundry room off of the kitchen leading to the two car garage. There is also two car parking in the driveway. The three bedrooms are all to the left side of the home as you enter. There are two rooms with king beds and one room with a queen bed. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living area as well. There is a fully renovated hall bathroom for service of the two bedrooms and the master bedroom has its own private En-Suite. There is a nice size yard with an outdoor shower and hot tub for all to enjoy.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
