Spacious 2 Bed2 Bath Guest Suite Apt with HOT TUB and EV Charging

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Guest Suite Apartment with its own kitchen and living area. As well as private backyard and outdoor dining area. Soaking jetted tub in the Large Master King Suite with vaulted ceilings. Bedrooms are very separate from each other/on separate floors for maximum privacy. We recently added a Level 2 EV Charger as well a Brand New Master Spa Hot Tub!

This apartment is attached to a larger home that sleeps 8. Please inquire if interested.

great stay!

Nice and clean property. great for us traveling...it was two couples. close to coast guard station and beach. Hot tub was fabulous and area was quiet. will stay again if in the area. host was so nice and mailed us the keys we forgot there.

Close to family wedding

Great stay with close proximity to family. Came in for a family wedding. I didn’t realise it was a duplex but it was fine. Host responded quickly to my questions.

Weekend getaway for Escape the Cape

As seen as directed on the website. It was perfect for my mom and I. It would be suitable for two couples. Just enough space, not too big, not too small. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Super quiet. It was close to the ferry terminal which we loved and very close to Cape May town. Acme and other stores very close. I would stay here again again and recommend it to friends and family. Host responded very quickly.

Nice bedrooms but kitchen lacked some handy things

Very clean and in good condition. Responsive host. Very close to bayside beaches and walks. Rather far away from ocean beaches. Kitchen was pretty good but lacked mixing bowls, a pasta pot and large knives. Also, no dining room to speak of. Family dinners at a table are only possible in the backyard.

Pleasant and clean, comfortable

Overall this is a lovely little home with total privacy between the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs, so great for two couples. There are two separate bathrooms, the upstairs one has a jacuzzi which unfortunately was not working when we were there. The dowstairs bedroom has a washer/dryer and a huge supply of laundry soap and fabric softener. There is no dining room but there is a foldaway wooden table and folding chairs. Almost everything in excellent condition except outdoor furniture when we were there. Very clean, bright, comfy, especially the excellent beds.

The place was clean, great location for what we wanted, good price compared to other listings in the area for that same time frame. Host was great about communication and answering questions quickly. My one "I wish this was better" thought during our stay is that, to get to the hot tub out back, you have to go through the rear bedroom to get to the back door. There were times where people were sleeping in that room, which nornally wouldnt be an issue because you can just go around the side...except the side is blocked by a chain link fence with no gate, it's just blocked. Other than that minor layout snafu, the place was good.

The property is very clean inside.

There were a few minor things one frying pan only no cooking grill utensils. Noisy neighbors in adjoining house but overall a lovely experience!

Everything was as advertised on line. We had a lovely stay. Our only issue was with the front door lock which occasionally was a struggle to open or close. But your response to this as always immediate. Thank you for a lovely time.

Fun vacation

My friends and I had a great time. It was our first time in Cape May. The owner let us check in about an hour early which was greatly appreciated. Home was cleanly and central to everything. Our only complaints were it was a tad hot in the house (even with the fans) and we had some difficulty with the front door. Overall, this was a great experience, and we'd definitely contact Tricia again if we are ever in Cape May again.
