  • The “Portside Cottage” is the waterfront oasis you’ve been hoping for. This newly renovated, stand alone home is next door to our Boat House rental at our functioning boatyard. On the island of Cape May, you won’t find a more unique opportunity. Fish, crab, or bring your own paddle board, kayak, or boat to jettison from the docks of our private marina. Enjoy sunsets from the porch after cooking dinner in a chefs kitchen or use the Weber grill out front! Walkable to the Lobster House, Lucky Bones, Mayer’s Tavern, C-View Restaurant, and multiple other dining options. Less than 1.5 miles from Cape May Beaches !** Because this is an operational boatyard, there is a 2 car maximum ** house sleeps four comfortably !If interested in renting both homes at Roseman’s Boatyard please inquire.The Boathouse sleeps a maximum of eight , 6 adults, hope to see u soon.
