This was the second year we rented this house for our All Girls Getaway. Everything we needed was provided, including bikes and beach passes, and it's in a great location. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool and hot tub was warm and inviting. I would recommend a stay at this house anytime!

We loved this property and were so glad to have booked it for our son's wedding this past weekend in Cape May. The house was SPOTLESS and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The pool and hot tub were even still open for the kids. The kitchen was well appointed, there were linens, towels, beach/pool toys, chairs...honestly everything needed. We would definitely recommend this location and would happily return again ourselves!

Beautiful house - beautifully decorated. Loved the tile work and high ceilings. The house was stocked with beach towels, bath towels, bikes, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc…. We loved the pool and spa pool. It was the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping/Washington Street Mall. 10/10. Would stay here again

Thanksgiving in Cape May

Everything was as advertised we had a great time - all 11 of our family together for Thanksgiving. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. House had everything we needed and was a pleasure. A great place for a larger gathering.

I stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette party and it was great. Very clean and spacious. Lots of room on the couch and at the dining table for the whole group. I loved that there were sheets and towels available as well.

Year 2 - can’t wait for another trip

This was our second year staying at Billy’s property in cape May, and it continued to woo us and have everything our family of 9 needed for this years trip. Everyone had ample space, the beach box was a high light for us this year! And the pool and hot tub keep us all comfortable the whole time. The walk to the beach is quick, beach carts to help, having bikes ready for guests is just wonderful as well. What can we not say about this home? It’s perfect, we hope we can continue to return year after year!

Amazing property

We loved our stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our families to celebrate an 80th birthday. The elevator helped my mother in law move around the house with ease . The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The location was convenient. This kitchen was fully stocked and the owner had nice touches to make us all feel at home.

Why go anywhere else?

We had such an amazing time! The hot tub and pool were a huge highlight. The kitchen is top notch, the private chef we brought to the house was floored! There’s ample fridge space for the amount of food you need for how many it sleeps. It’s also a great location, right near the beach and a mild walk to downtown! We almost never took Ubers and most of the time we thought…”why go to a bar when we have a hot tub?” So it was pivotal in our trip!! Would seriously rent again which is saying a lot because I love trying out new things but if it works…it works

International reunion

We came together from the US, Germany and the UK. Adults- no kids this time. The property worked well for us. The weather was nice enough to use the jacuzzi. The elevator was convenient to haul luggage around. Easy walk to beach and town. Nice gathering areas. Would rent this property again.

Fabulous in every way we need to

Phenomenal house with a Wonderful layout and very functional in every aspect. The common area in the kitchen and family room is spectacular, A wonderful spot to hang out and spend time with family and friends. The house was great for a group of friends, but also would be ideal for families. The pool and hot tub are incredible and such a treat. Walking distance to the beach and many different locations Definitely will be back another time!

Sibling Gettogether

Hot tub, heated pool, and elevator were important as we are all close to or over 70 and they were heavenly. We were all able to navigate easily to and from the three floors and the pool/spa areas. Entire house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail, i.e. kitchen is well equipped, pillows and afghans are plentiful and lovely, bathrooms have all the necessary supplies. It was a pleasure to vacation here!

We had a wonderful time!

The house was exactly as photographed and the rooms were as large as they appeared in pictures, honestly, even larger than imagined. However, the walls are paper thin - while going to sleep upstairs one night in the top floor primary suite, we could hear the conversations of others sitting around the pool as if they were right outside our 3rd story window. Also, when we showed up, the floors were a little dirty and the vacuum we found was spitting everything it vacuumed back out - luckily we found a broom and did not mind sweeping the main floor a little.

1. The kitchen was clean BUT there were a lot of NO-SEE-UMS bugs. We bought thing to use overnight and it trapped 12 of them but as soon as we started to eat breakfast they were back.2. The two white big white bowls were both torn down the sides.3. It would help if the bedrooms had chairs.4. Basement bathroom has a big light missing.5. The bunkbed room has no lamp on the little table between the bunkbeds to read in bed.NOW FOR THE GOOD STUFF!THE WELCOME GUIDE IS FABULOUS!!!!! except for Sec. 06 - Beach box. It doesn't have a date when the chairs are removed.AAll the rooms are extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. And have what we need.Thank you so much!!!!!Nan Venit et al.
