"This is a quaint hotel composed of three buildings. It’s in older condition and I found the common areas to be dirty. The breakfast area was also dirty. The orange juice was essentially “Tang.” Rooms felt damp and bed sagged. The price matches the environment. "

"Pros: Property is beautiful and well kept. Everything you could possibly need and if you need anything else the staff is right on it. The elevator in the Honeysuckle building was a great plus! Cons: Constant noise from the golf carts, no transportation from pool to your condo so you have to get back in your car soaking wet. Overall: If we ever came back to Branson we would stay again."

"This place was just an excellent place to stay. We came before the pools were open, but we were able to enjoy the hot tub and also had a whirlpool in our room. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake, a lovely fireplace (that we used!), as well as a great kitchen for our cooking needs, plus a washer and dryer in a closet. We enjoyed kayaking that was included with our stay. We just can't say enough of what an enjoyable time we had!"
