Great home and great location

Stayed over the holidays for a family wedding in Ft Myers Florida. This location was perfect. Was able to rent a boat (elsewhere) and use in the canals out to the big water. Home was well furnished and had great amenities including a heated pool, full kitchen, grill, pool table and poker table. Really enjoyed our “home” for this vacation.

Beautiful lake view!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. It was spacious, plenty of sitting. The location on the lake is great, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every day. It is also walking distance to Rotary Park. Our teenagers had their own space in the billiard room. The pool was great, deep and warm. John was really great answering all our questions. Great property!

Awesome house, great host

Better than the photos! We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very large and had three very-separated sleeping areas. And a game room as well as a huge entrance foyer with a large desk. Very nice view of lake/canal from most of the house. Good location as it seems to be central to many things in the area. Very laid back house and area, very nice but not pretentious. We almost never stay anyplace twice but we will surely return to this one. The host, John, is very nice and is easy to reach. REALLY, REALLY NICE STAY. Thanks John!

Eight Lakes

Wonderful property, location, and owners. John quick to respond to a very minor question . Home is even nicer than the pictures. Uniquely furnished and kitchen has everything that you would need. Beds are comfortable. Sunsets are breathtaking. Within 10 minutes to stores, restaurants, etc. Have stayed in many VRBO properties and this might have been the best. Thanks again John.

Just what we needed

After a long flight delay, we were surprised to find a fruit tray waiting for us! It was just what we needed. The house had everything we needed to get our vaca off to a great start. The kids fished, swam, played pool, and played chess. This was a great fit for us! The owner quickly responded to our questions, and was so kind. Thank you!!!

Fun with friends

My husband and I, another couple, and a friend stayed for the week. We had a great time, the house is such a nice house, pool was nice, area was nice. John was easy to get ahold of if we needed. The minus' would be that we felt the house needed a real good cleaning. The surface was clean, don't get me wrong, but the nooks and crannys, under the beds, walls just need a deep cleaning. We thought maybe someone lived there when not rented out. All in all, we enjoyed our time there tho.

Beautiful home

This property has a wonderful location and layout. The view is awesome. In our expereence there's always something to work out with the owner and in this case the owner was immediately responsive and very cooperative. This rental was worth every penny.

Pictures on site don’t do this slice of paradise justice. Awesome house, Plenty of Room. Instant feedback with owner. If you want to be away from craziness of Beach but within a short 20 minute drive, this is the place.

Spacious and comfy

I am never going to stay in a hotel again. The beds were comfy and the house was clean and spacious. This place felt like home and was in a great area. We rented a boat and boated to Sanibel, North Captiva, Cabbage Key, Fort Myers and Lover Key. Nice central location for boating. There were 2 fishing poles available for our use. The pool was refreshing and clean. Pool table was nice to have too. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!
