- Welcome to Villa Cozy! Enjoy a relaxed vacation in this cozy 3 bedroom - 2 bath home located in Cape Coral Florida. Offering enough space for all guest to experience the Florida sunny breeze. Heated pool (during the winter months) that is screened in with BBQ on the large paved lanai area. Patio furniture to get a sun tan. Internet and TV in living room to catch up on your favorite shows. All carpet home with tile in the wet areas. Beach chairs in garage for you to use if your heading to one of our white sandy beach. Cape Coral beach about a 15-20 min. drive away. Other Beaches are 30min plus away. Shopping and Restaurants easy to reach within 5 minutes, Cape Coral Water Park (Summer months), Mini Golf and Golf Courses within a10 min. drive. This home is ready to accommodate your stay with all that is included. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking inside the home.
