    Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the entire back of the home opens to a private screened lanai and sparkling saltwater pool. Soak up the sun while relaxing poolside. There is an option to heat the pool in the winter months for a daily fee.



    Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished home with a king primary suite, and two cozy queen guest bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The primary bathroom includes a bidet and grab bars for added comfort and convenience.



    Located just minutes from beautiful Gulf beaches, championship golf courses, waterfront restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, **Saltwater & Sunshine** is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable vacation memories.
