Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath Waterfront DIRECT GULF ACCESS Pool Home on a 100' Wide Canal in a prime Southern Cape Coral location. Brand New Pool Bath / Guest Bath and new tile flooring and paint throughout the home in April 2024.

Brand New Extra Large Dock with Tiki Hut in 2022!

“OurCapeEscape” is located in a great neighborhood on a very quiet street and has lush landscaping with 11 swaying mature palms and a beautiful water view. There is nothing like living on the water with warm weather, your own heated pool, palm trees and sunshine!

This spacious vacation home totaling over 3,763 Sq. Ft. (1,800 square feet of living area) sits on a professionally landscaped and cared for triple lot with circular drive, and is fully updated, equipped and tastefully furnished throughout to meet the most discerning of guests. Whether you are traveling with friends or your family, you’ll appreciate the split floor plan, having the master bedroom separate from the other bedrooms. There are also private exits to the pool area from the Master Bedroom and from the guest bathroom.

You’ll appreciate a great breeze year round off the canal. Large sliding glass doors lead to an Oversized Lanai with pool bath, outdoor shower, wet bar, gas grill, flat screen HDTV, Bluetooth Stereo, outdoor refrigerator and comfortable outdoor furniture. Outdoor Features include an Oversized Heated & Screened Pool with brick pavers and a wall of sliding glass doors that can be closed between the Lanai and pool interface.

Indoors you’ll enjoy the large updated Kitchen with Newer cabinets, Light Fixtures, Garbage Disposal and Stainless Steel Appliances, as well as Vaulted Ceilings, Formal Dining area, 5 flat screen TV’s, DIRECTV, High Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Cordless Phones, Tile Flooring and 8 ceiling fans.

Our home sleeps 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a New King sized bed in the Master Bedroom, and Queen size in bedrooms #2, and #3.

“OurCapeEscape” is in a Great location - Quiet; Centrally located near Shopping, Amenities and Bars & Restaurants on 47th Terrace. Easy access to Country Club Boulevard, Veterans Memorial Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway. Less than 4 miles to Downtown Cape Coral. Convenient to both the Cape Coral and Mid-Point Bridges for quick access to Fort Myers and I-75.

Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples and beyond. Cape Coral is a restful, sunny place to spend your vacation. The comfort and ease of staying at “Our Cape Escape” will make your vacation just perfect!

You will enjoy the waterfront view from the lanai, pool deck; or waterside on our large Captain’s Walk dock complete with TiKi Hut and 10,000 lb boat lift. Just a short boat trip to the Caloosahatchee River exiting South end of Cape Coral near the Yacht Club. Canal Depth averages 4+ feet, and just one bridge of 9' 3' clearance to the Gulf and No Locks to contend with! Bring your boat or rent one and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches by water!

Cape Coral is served by Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) just 22 miles, and Charlotte County Airport – Punta Gorda (PGD) is 30 miles from the house. Tampa and Miami International Airports are about a two-hour drive.

Cape Coral Getaway

The house was spacious with a great floor plan. The tiki area on the dock was awesome. Sadly the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of all the property had to offer such as the pool, bikes, etc. but those amenities are great to have.

Wonderful property centrally located!

The house, pool, and lanai were wonderful! We spent our evenings on the lanai and even though it was summer, the two ceiling fans kept it pleasant. We were less than 30 minutes from pretty much all we wanted to do - beach, golf, Fort Myers downtown, etc. GREAT PROPERTY1 Highly recommend it!

House on a canal

Had a great week in the Ft Myers/Sanibel/Cape Coral area. Drove to Marco Island and Naples 1 day, otherwise visited Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel /Captiva numerous times. Still lots of Hurricane damage to be seen, but these places are starting to come back. So good to see progress. Long ways to go though. Also drove up to Gasparilla Island, and enjoyed it a lot.

Great stay

We had a great time, the location was close enough to everything and yet far enough away too. Neighborhood was was quiet, property was very well kept. The house was great!! The full sized pool was nice, the beds were comfortable comfortable, lots of space. The best room was the indoor/outdoor patio, we spent every night out there when we returned from whatever we were doing that day with the sliders open and the night air on us. The owners were great, the communication was excellent, the live in and move out instructions were clear and easy to understand, lots of recommendations for things to do, places to eat. We would go back here again in a heartbeat..best place we have stayed in Florida since we started coming down 4 years ago. Rich and Roz from NH

Relaxing break

Lovely house, lovely location, very quite but only 5 - 10mins drive to everything you need, supermarket, restaurants, bait shop, shops, etc House was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and aircon worked perfectly. Pool was perfect as was the outside lounge area. I fished off the dock most days caught every time. Saw the manatees most days. We hired a boat for 3 days and brought it back to dock. Was about a 35min to get from the house out the canals to the main river. But spent that time looking at all the houses. Also had dolphins with us some days. Had two kayaks which we used occasionally. Only down side no spare loo rolls and the bikes were not great. That said we’d be back in a heart beat. Awesome stay.

Excellent Vacation

This was a great vacation house. It was very clean and a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Beaches and restaurants were all within a short drive. The owners were very accommodating with a late check out for my family as well.
