Description
Villa Rosalinda is a beautiful home in one of Cape Coral’s newest and most coveted areas. This home is located on a cul-de sac lot and has beautiful water views from all living areas and bedrooms. The lot has over 180 feet of waterfront. It has a split bedroom layout, twelve foot ceilings in living areas, travertine floors throughout, Spanish-tiled roof and is surrounded by tropical palm trees. Ten foot pocket sliding glass doors lead you to the oversized lanai, pool and spa. The lanai is over 500 square feet and has a sitting area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the salt water pool and spa while taking in the beautiful views. In the evenings gaze at the bright stars as the silence engulfs you. Enjoy the tranquility of Cape Coral while being just minutes away from Fort Myers, Pine Island, and the famous beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

This was our third stay at Villa Rosalinda and we’ll for sure be back for a fourth stay. I guess that say’s it all. The house is fantastic and equipped with everything you’ need. The location is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and you’ll meet friendly people wherever you go. The owner, Bernie, is just great. He is friendly, accommodating, honest and so easy to work with. Staying at Villa Rosalinda is really quite a no-brainer. You just can’t go wrong choosing to spend your vacation there.

Absolutely beautiful home. You have to see it in person. We caught a lot of fish on the dock, spent A LOT of time in the pool and hot tub and LOVED the bath and shower in master bathroom. Such a nice experience! Bernie was so nice and helpful when we spoke on the phone too.

The photographs don’t do the property justice - it’s even more stunning in person. The home has absolutely everything you could possibly need: from a well stocked kitchen, to board games, to the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a long time. We will definitely be returning. This home had everything one would need for a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The best part was the outdoor space where we spent 95% of our time. The grill area is clean, the chairs are comfortable not only at the table but the pool loungers as well. The neighbors were friendly and the burrowing owl a really welcomed visitor 😊. Mr Bernie checked in with us and responded back immediately to our questions. We would not hesitate to stay again and appreciated the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful home.

We walked in and were stunned by the view of the outdoor area...the photos didn't do it justice! Great communication with the owner. We had an amazing vacation, enjoying the amazing outdoor seating and pool. Loved the resident burrowing owl and learning about the species and the love of them in the Cape Coral community. We also left carrots in the front yard every evening for the bunnies. So adorable! Such a great property. Beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Owner has great taste and everything is high-end. We can't wait to enjoy this home again!!

I have stayed in Cape Coral at about 8 different Properties over the years and this is by far the Best. The location on the Canal is beautiful, peaceful and private. The home was spotless clean and very well decorated. Kitchen was nicely stocked with matching everything and the outdoor grill was great for some dinners we made. The pool and spa were great, had pool floats and toys. We used the bikes to check out the neighborhood and the garage has everything you need for Kayaking or a day at the beach. The bathrooms were perfect (however I would recommend new shower heads, maybe rain shower heads to make it feel more luxurious . That was my only miss for how nice the place is, but definitely not a deal breaker. Don't miss out on a wonderful home to enjoy some R&R.

WOW!! From the moment we pulled up in the driveway, to walking up to and through the front door, “WOW” is the first word that comes to mind. The pictures are amazing but seeing it in person it is so much more. From start to finish the experience was perfection. The comfort we all felt while we stayed made us never want to leave. This property is exactly like the pictures - beautiful! It is spacious, yet comfortable and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, the canals are tranquil, the pool is wonderful, and the house exceeded everyone's expectations. My six year old was sad we couldn't take the pool home with us. We were completely set for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, etc. We didn't use some of the other items, but those who enjoy kayaking, fishing, biking would also what they need for those hobbies. The pool had plenty of toys and floaties for little people. The only suggestion might be a railing to make entering/exiting the pool a bit easier. Villa Rosalinda was conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. It is a short trip to beaches, the marina, and miniature golf. We enjoyed all of these and loved our stay in this beautiful home! Definitely recommend.
