The home sits in a popular pocket of Cape Coral on Oasis Blvd that allows direct Gulf access right from the private dock. The southwest location makes it easy to reach the rest of Cape Coral's restaurants, shopping, and attractions at Cape Harbour or downtown. The private dock makes boating, fishing, or a sunset cruise easy.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower

- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
- Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower with direct pool access.

Villa Lennox's open-concept centers around a cozy living area with a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Every bedroom and the pool deck has their own Smart TV. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the home. This family-friendly home base includes a laundry room with washer and dryer, a Pack 'n Play, and high chair for traveling with young kids.

Step outside to your private saltwater heated pool, perfect for year-round swimming without the harsher feel of a traditional chlorine pool. The expansive lanai offers plenty of outdoor seating and 4 sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sun. The outdoor area includes a fridge and propane BBQ grill. Cook up some fresh-caught seafood or dine al fresco! The boat dock (lift not available) offers direct Gulf access for boating and fishing right from the backyard. The horseshoe driveway has ample on-site parking. Guests can also enjoy 2 adult bikes with helmets and beach essential for a day out.

Rates & Policies:
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- Boat dock is available for use but lift is not available.
