Property was exactly like it was advertised

Just what we needed

My husband my son and myself stayed here to visit family in the area. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need for a perfect week. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. The property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this home.

Quality vacation

If you are looking for a very quiet neighborhood this place is for you! My husband and I just wanted a place to “hide out” and live in the pool away from crowds. This was the perfect place! The manager of the property was fabulous and very accommodating! I would highly recommend!

Great Time

Clean house, great location, close to everything. Wood floors are very squeaky. Could use 2nd luggage stand! Over all nice place, would stay again!

Lovely place to relax in Cape Coral

We enjoyed our time staying in this lovely home. The house was very clean, and everything worked properly.The pictures on the listng represent the home well. We spent most of our time out in the patio area and pool. The neiborhood is nice and very quiet, great for early morning walks! We will definetly stay at this home again if we find ourselves back in Cape Coral.

Fantastic Holiday Rental

We stayed at this rental for 5weeks. The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The electrics tripped out in the bathrooms but we emailed Heiko and it was sorted out straight away. From the booking of the property to arriving at night, getting key from secure place and meeting the owners was very smooth and without any problems. Would highly recommend this rental, there were only 2 of us but if definitely big enough for more people, lots of seating available. We did use the BBQ as well... Thanks very much Clare and Chris.

The house was pleasant enough if a bit antiquated. It had been 10 years since my last visit to Cape Coral. The houses in this area seem built much smaller (than houses were 10 years ago) and so this house and pool felt a bit small to me. It was okay for 4 people might be tight for 6. The managers were pleasant and responsive via text. The house was clean. We purchased basic supplies like kitchen sponges, laundry detergent, paper towels, all shower toiletries, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had a tv. Overall it was a relatively relaxed visit.

A top-notch family house

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the house.The house contained everything we needed for our vacation. There was plenty of dishes, pots, pans, modern kitchen equipment, towels etc. We especially appreciated the refrigerator with a "clean water" filter, so you could enjoy tastefull water and ice cubes all the time. There were 2 very clean and modern bathrooms, linked to separate bedrooms with 1st class king size bed-mattresses.The house was well maintained, and very clean. The air-condition worked very nice, providing a even temprature through the whole house. We also used the garage a lot, to "cool" down the car on sunny days. The kids really enjoyed the big-size heated-swimming-pool. The owners were really serviced-minded giving fast feedback if there were any questions before and during the stay. We called the owner when we arrived the house. Within 30 minutes we met her in person, walking us through the instructions needed and telling us about the possibilities in the area. The nearest grocery story and fast-food restaurants were only 6 min away. The closest public beach was only 10-min away (Nearest outlet 20-min, Miami 2.0 hours, Orlando 2.5 hours,The Everglades 1.5 hours). I would definitely recommend this vacation home to family and friends!

The location was great, safe and beautiful. The agents were terrific to deal with and very responsive. The home was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials for our stay. Pleasure to stay but sad to leave!

2021 Vacation

The property was a wonderful retreat! It was very clean and in a great location. The pool was very relaxing and we really enjoyed the outdoor area. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed. If making suggestions for this property we would recommend; a) an extra lounge chair pool side, and b) two additional low-rise sand chairs for beach trips. Other than that, it was PERFECT! We had a great time. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Cape Coral. Thank you owners and property management team for sharing your home with us!

Great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and provided everything we would need. Our 3yr old granddaughter loved the pool and the steps across both ends of the pool made it more accessible for her as she learns to swim. We feel that this rental was a good value too!

wunderschöne Ferienvilla in einem wunderschönen Ort

Wir sind sehr froh, uns für die Villa Paradise in Cape Coral entschieden zu haben! Tolle Lage - sehr privat und ruhig und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Sanibel/Captiva Island, Fort Myers, Everglade City etc. Die Villa war sehr sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet und alles war in tadellosem Zustand. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Grill und der Pool waren unser Highlight. Wir hatten dank Fliegengittern keine Probleme mit Insekten. Das Check In und Out liefen reibungslos und sehr flexibel und für Fragen waren deutsche Ansprechpartner immer zu erreichen. Wir können die Villa Paradise uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Traumurlaub in sehr schönem Ferienhaus

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, entspricht voll und ganz dem Inserat und ist optimal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Der große gepflegte Pool ist rundherum bewachsen und sorgt für eine ungestörte Atmosphäre. Erholung pur!!! Sehr nette Betreuung durch den deutschsprachigen Vermieter vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen oder weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Alles war perfekt sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt vor allen war ausreichend Ausstattung vorhanden, was nicht so selbstverständlich ist. Was wir ganz toll fanden war die Informationsmappe, die Tipps von besuchswerten Ziele beinhaltete, die wir noch nicht kannten. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter, auch wegen des netten Kontaktes und der reibungslosen Abwicklung.

Wunderschöne Villa - alles vorhanden

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Harmony total genossen! Von der Kühltasche über Poolnudeln, Liegestühlen + Liegetücher, Navi, Waschmaschine + Trockner, komplette Küchenausstattung + nagelneuer Gasgrill war alles vorhanden. Riesig viel Platz für uns alle, Badewanne-warmer Pool. Alles super sauber. Freundlicher Kontakt im Voraus + netter Empfang (deutsschrachig) + sofortige Abhilfe bei Problem mit der Klimaanlage. Was will man mehr! Tolle Ausflüge z. B. Everglades, Edison&Ford Winter Estates, Sanibel Island, Sanibel Outlet, Venice Beach (Haifischzahn-Strand. Man muss wissen, dass man an der Brücke zwischen Fort Myers + Cape Coral 2$ Mautgebühren bezahlen muss (nur in einer Richtung). Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Top Adresse + sehr schönes Objekt

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit komfortabler, geschmackvoller und sehr gepflegter - sauberer - Ausstattung. Die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung (deutsch) war ebenfalls super. Wir waren als Familie (4) eine Woche vor Ort, haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und bei bestem Wetter auch den schönen Pool häufig genutzt. Mit dem Auto ist Cape Coral auch ein guter Startpunkt für schöne Ausflüge. Bei einem weiteren Urlaub in Florida kommen wir gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Traumurlaub in Florida im Wünderschönen Haus

Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die ganze Abwicklung von Buchung bis zur Endabnahme ist vollkommen unkompliziert.Wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in Cape Coral. Ganz toll waren auch die vielen sachen die man im Haus vorgefunden haben.(Strandstühle, Bade Spielsachen etc.) Das Haus selber liegt in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Wohngegend. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles Heiko und Patricia.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstattung

Mit unseren beiden Kindern haben wir eine traumhaft schöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist nicht nur äußerst großzügig geschnitten, es ist auch erstklassig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, diverse Fernseher inkl. DVD-Spieler, sämtliche Gewürze und Kochutensilien, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eismacher, etc. etc. . Die Liste ist bei Weitem nicht vollständig, es gab in jedem Fall nichts, was wir in diesem Haus vermisst haben. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer (inkl. Esszimmer ) und natürlich die fantastische Terrasse am Pool (mit BBQ-Grill und TV) bieten mehr als ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Bilder lügen nicht, das Haus ist einfach großartig. Das Haus war blitzblank sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, die deutschsprachigen Verwalter vor Ort waren supernett und im Bedarfsfall jederzeit erreichbar. Der Mietpreis für dieses fantastische Ferienhaus ist in jedem Fall mehr als angemessen, der Stromverbrauch, der separat zu zahlen ist, war überschaubar. Die in bar hinterlegte Kaution wurde problemlos zurückgezahlt. Wir können das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen und werden, sofern wir noch mal nach Cape Coral fahren, in jedem Fall wieder dieses Domizil wählen.
