The Space:
This cozy and welcoming property features three comfortable bedrooms and one additional bedroom that is better suited for children, along with two bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy a heated private pool—perfect year-round—as well as brand-new furniture throughout the entire home and four new beds with high-quality mattresses for maximum comfort. The home is in excellent overall condition, offering a fresh, well-maintained, and relaxing environment for your stay. It´s a home in a prime location in southwest Cape Coral where you can instantly relax and enjoy the laid-back Florida lifestyle.
It’s ideal for 4–6 guests, with space for up to 8 if needed. Please note that one of the bedrooms is set up as a kids’ room and is best suited for children due to bed size.

The spacious double garage can be used for parking your vehicle.

Within walking distance to scenic waterfront areas, close to shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences, with easy access to downtown Cape Coral—located in a quiet, safe, and highly desirable neighborhood.

The rental price includes electricity usage of $10 per day. Any additional usage will be calculated with 0.23$/Kwh at checkout and settled with the guest in cash or by check.
Interaction with Guests:
On the morning after your arrival, we’ll meet you in person for a quick check-in and meet & greet, during which we’ll read the electricity meter together. We’ll do the same again on the day of your departure. Please schedule an appointment for this after your arrival.
