Welcome to the brand new, absolutely stunning, Villa Belize! This exulted 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental is full furnished and equipped. Stunning high ceilings, huge 72" fireplace, an office, laundry room, all Samsung stainless-steel appliances, and much more. Out by the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table and chairs. The heated pool and spa features a shallow "beach area". Come enjoy the Villa Belize and make your vacation amazing!

Beautiful new home, stunning pool and peaceful

We had the best week and the only sad part was the time we needed to go home. This home is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood yet close to beaches, restaurants or shopping. Highly recommend!

beautiful house and well stocked and clean. very nice and quiet neighborhood. upon arrival, ac was not working. contacted host and someone was there quickly and got it running. pool spa wasn't working and pool heater was not on. Temperature at night was in 60's so would of been nice to have it on for a night swim but was able to use during the day. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Quiet and very friendly neighborhood. Everyone waves hi! The house was as pictured. Had a couple of easy issues to fix off the bat. They were resolved quickly.

Spring break, 2023

The house was fairly new, very clean. Easy check in. Some of the pictures online were a bit misleading. Unfortunately, the hurricane destroyed the netting around the pool, but that was not identified in the pictures, which were obviously taken pre-hurricane. The sound bar for the TV broke prior to our stay and was not operable, the outside chairs around the table were very uncomfortable. Heating the pool and spa were a bit confusing, but the host was very helpful with that. Good stay overall.
