Welcome to our Villa Palm Island in Cape Coral Florida USA.

You want to rent a vacation home in Cape Coral Florida for an unforgettable holiday? Then look no further.

Among the many vacation rental homes in Florida and the vacation villas in Cape Coral, the Villa Palm Island is something special. Our Villa Palm Island is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas in southwest Cape Coral, surrounded by canals and just minutes away from the Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point marinas and the beautiful sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island.

The Villa Palm Island was built on a more than 1000m² corner lot with a tropical palm garden. There are no disturbing traffic noises or through traffic. The only sound you hear is the rushing of the palm trees.

Our Villa Palm Island has been completely renovated and completely refurbished. Since we regularly use our house ourselves, we have used only high quality furniture and appliances. The spacious and fully air conditioned living area of ​​our vacation villa in Cape Coral with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large luxury kitchen, utility room, dining room, breakfast area, etc. offers enough space and comfort for six people. If required, we provide you with a toddler bed and a high chair - of course free.

The large heated pool and the large screened-in patio/lanai of our Villa Palm Island are south facing. So you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.

For the safety of our little guests we can install a children's fence / pool fence around the pool. This prevents the little ones from unintentionally entering the pool area and ensures a relaxing holiday.

During your stay you will find five bicycles (3 x adults, 2 x child), free Internet (high-speed wireless), cable TV with 3 flat screen TV's , a navigation device etc. - free of charge.

With us you do not rent just a holiday home in Florida, you rent our little piece of paradise, our Florida dream.

Beautiful

Beautiful home, decorated tastefully. Large heated pool. Would love to live here. Only thing I would change is, I would get a new box spring and mattress for the master bedroom. It's sagging in the middle.

Villa Palm Island

Very nice and well appointed home in an upscale Southwest Cape Coral neighborhood. South facing lanai and pool was great for sun and warmth in February. All was good!!!
