Boasting just over 3,000 square feet, this beautiful 2 bed + office, 2.5 bath condo features IMPACT WINDOWS. Foyer, garage and storage room/mud room on ground level. Large kitchen has ample cabinet storage and overlooks the living area, perfect for entertaining guests. Relax and enjoy the SWFL lifestyle on the back lanai overlooking scenic water views.

Spacious master bedroom with access to lanai and water view, lighted tray ceilings and two walk in closets. Dual vanities, separate tub and shower and private water closet in master bath. Den is perfect for home office. Laundry room in residence with utility sink, large storage closet and cabinetry. In suite bath in west guest bedroom. This condo has it all and then some. More space than most would ask for in a premier Cape Coral location surrounded by all the shopping, dining and entertainment Tarpon Point and Cape Coral has to offer.

Please note there is a minimum stay of 30 days.
