  • Welcome to Top Florida Properties' Villa Blue Lagoon, nestled in the sought-after "Four Mile Cove" enclave. This Villa features 2 Master Suites with a king bed each, en-suite bathroom and walkout to the Lanai. We hope you like calming views over wide canals, because you will find them in abundance in this peninsula setting where the indoors seemingly blend into the outdoors.

    PLEASE NOTE: the boat dock is available to guests, the lift is not.

    Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more.
