  • I am excited to present this exquisite 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home, perfectly situated minutes from the river. This property boasts direct Gulf access, making it a boater’s paradise with a heated pool for your enjoyment. This home features a built in grill with an outside firepit.. We also have added enjoyment with an outsider TV and speakers. While watching the dolphins and the boat traffic you can cook up some dinner on the outside kitchen. Located just 2000 feet from the river, this home offers not only luxury but also the feeling of a resort vacation.

    The kitchen offers all amenities as well as a blender for your frozen cocktails, bath towels, beach towels, an outside grill, lounge chairs by the pool. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Clean up after pets hair and dog POO $75 for hair and $125 to clean up dog poo
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. House was as advertised and the amenities gave us plenty to enjoy. There were even dolphins at the dock a couple of days which everyone enjoyed watching. Would definitely stay again.

The house is in a great location with nearby shopping, bars and restaurants. The neighbor hood is very peaceful and we were able to relax and enjoy the privacy. We had great communication with the host and received prompt communication to our questions/concerns. We wouldn't hesitate to book and stay here again in the future!!

Everything was amazing!! Our host, Cindy was awesome. She was very helpful and friendly. We were always able to communicate with her and she always responded quickly. We will definitely stay again for our next vacation.

Great family spot for a long weekend (extended stays as well). Property delivers everything it shows in pics and more. Plenty of room, beds and the outdoor pool/patio/lanai is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend for anyone traveling with kids or other families.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It is spacious and we had room for our family of three generations to do different activities or share something together.. We really liked the pool area with the multiple seating and the fire pit.. the home is centrally located, which made it easy to get to several places we wanted to see in restaurants we wanted to experience.
