Relax in this beautifully remodeled 3-bed, 2-bath waterfront pool/spa home in a quiet neighborhood in southeast Cape Coral. Enjoy the beautiful SWFL Florida weather and nature with screened-in lanai, pool, gulf access, dock, grill, kayaks and 2 bikes. This property features 2 king beds and 2 twin beds (plus large sofa in the living room), perfect for families or friends looking for a peaceful getaway. Pets welcome (with pet fee). With fully stocked home and amenities like WiFi, AC, and washing machine/dryer, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. There is no charge for heating the pool/spa. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
