Your patio doors are located steps away from the heated pool just off your private lanai area.

Only 15 minutes from world class beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. So much to do in the area from Boston Red Sox and Minn Twins springs training games, Florida Everblades ECHL hockey games, trips to the beach and plentiful dining and entertainment awaits your stay. Fishing, bird watching, trailing, outdoor activities by the 100's. You just can’t do it all on one trip...so plan on coming back to SW Florida again very soon!

Amazing place with so much to do @ the Resort

Kayaks, fishing, boat rentals.... games, and the saltwater pool. Close to the beaches, the downtown Cape Coral entertainment and dining district. We can't wait to come back! The hosts were amazing and helpful

Great canal-side retreat

Stayed here for a baseball tournament I was playing in over in Ft. Myers. Appreciated the clear directions/instructions and could not have had an easier experience. Happy to 5-star this place and wish them the best as VRBO renters!

Perfect Place To Stay

My husband, 7 month old, and I stayed here for two days. I wish I would’ve booked the rest of the trip here. It’s so homey, the pool was perfect, and the view was amazing. Everything you need is there and the host is very responsive. Close to fort meyers and an easy day trip to sanibel island! Couldn’t rate this place better!

Darlene & Brian were excellent hosts. Their property has everything you need for a short getaway or an extended vacation. Check in instructions and communication were very relaxed and easy to follow. Centrally located for dining, shopping, beaches, and activities. We forgot our fishing gear, but hoping to return to wet a line off the dock in the marina out the back door. Looking forward to our return!

Perfect all around

I have nothing but good things to say about staying at this property. From booking to communicating to accommodating. Brian is a great host and I just mention his name because I met him in person. Super good guy who really cares about satisfing his guests. He is currently installing a couple floating docks for kayaks and paddle boards which he is also going to supply for his guests. Updated and clean and overall fantastic experience!

Amazing stay!

This place was amazing! We had a short weekend trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We arrived very early, and Brian was so kind and let us check in before check in time. It was everything we thought it would be and more. The pictures were spot on, but also felt as if they didn’t do it justice. Very clean. Absolutely LOVED the neighborhood! Quiet. Off the beaten path. But close enough to store and restaurants. It was all around perfect. We have already talked about our next stay. 10/10

Quick family getaway

These units are exactly as advertised and pictured. We had everything we could possibly need down to a grill and cooler. Because you have direct access to the pool and canal with dock, it's a fun platform for people of all ages and many interests. Brian is as accommodating a host as you will ever find. I don't want to list the specific ways he helped and was willing to help us as i don't know that he wants those sort of precedents set. Suffice it to say that he went above and beyond. If we go back, i know where we will be staying.

We enjoyed everything.

Easy check in with the owners sending us instructions. The units are surrounding the pool, so the only bad thing I could say about this stay is that if you want privacy - this is not your spot. We, however, didn’t mind and enjoyed meeting and talking to our neighbors. Owners are very responsive to every need we had - minor issues like a wonder in the u it were handled quickly and easily. We love the fact that there were games to play in our unit and we also kayaked and swam and sat out by the canals each morning. Fantastic stay with everything you could need. Would be an amazing place to stay if you had 3,4,5 families that all wanted to do a vacation together. New years was awesome too with Cape Coral having a New Year’s Eve party down town. Over all perfect for us personally

Tolle Lage

Brian ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man konnte sehr gut auf der Terrasse entspannen und den Gasgrill anwerfen. Super ist auch, dass es Sonnenliegen und Stühle am Kanal gibt.
