This property deserves more than 5 stars!
I can't say enough good things about this property. We've stayed in other rental properties before and they felt like just that—a rental. Not this one though! It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. It had more than enough room for my family of 5, and the kids enjoyed being in the heated pool every day. We have family in the area that we were visiting and we enjoyed being able to have them over for a cookout one day, thanks to the grill and spacious lanai. The property management company was also very responsive and, though I never actually spoke with them, I could tell they were friendly and professional from the text exchanges we had. The owners also went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. When we arrived, we found that the provided YouTube TV and Netflix accounts weren't connected properly anymore. The owners were quick to respond and help my husband reconnect all TVs.On our first day, we went to the beach and noticed the 2 boogie boards available for use were broken. It wasn't a big deal (there were plenty of sand toys the kids used instead), but I reported it to the property management company so they were aware. To our surprise, there were replacement boards delivered to the house, waiting for us at the front porch when we returned! Overall, this place just felt like home and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely look to rebook this place for our next visit!
