Great stay!

Wonderful location with great sunset views. Our grandkids visited and loved the pool. Some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, etc.) but we'll be back again!

Management was very quick to get in touch with us when we had a problem with garbage disposal and dishwasher. They sent prompt attention to it. Loved the location, beautiful view. It was close to many different areas, stores, beaches. Worked out very well.

Great place

Nicely located at the end of the canal offering privacy and a tranquil view. The house has a great layout, very spacious. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels.

Perfect Set Up

This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The house was very nice and beautifully located on the end of a canal, which made for gorgeous sunsets. The kids spent every hour at the house in the pool. I would definitely book again.

Property was clean, great neighborhood, beautiful view. No hot tub as listed, but minor oversight, looks like there used to be one. Loved that there was a pile of towels to use!

True hidden gem!!💎

Loved everything about our stay! This home Is a must stay with a family or group of people. Everything was exactly as the photos and descriptions showed online. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained and the views from the canal at sunset are breathtaking. The home owner, Greg, was very fast and friendly getting back to us when we were communicating. It truly has everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Family Trip

Family of four. House was perfect for us. We wish we could live there. Loved sitting by the pool although it was a bit chilly. We were a little farther away from the things we wanted to do than we would have liked because of traffic and stop lights though. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was so big and nice!

A Great Space to Stay

We loved visiting the dock at the end of the canal in the morning and the evening. In the morning there was the peace and quiet and the variety of exotic birds that visited the water. In the evening there was no need to drive to see a spectacular sun set, it was right at your back door. The house was spacious and it was filled with light. A great value for the money with a wonderful pool and outdoor area. Restaurants and anything you could possibly need are nearby. If we come back to the same area, I would love to stay here again. The only thing I had a problem with was the TV. I don't get ROKU. But my need to watch a little TV when I go to bed was overruled by the house itself. We had a great stay and I am sure you would as well.

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

We were evacuated from zone A so decided to stay here. The place was filthy when we arrived but we didn’t really care cuz we were just staying due to possibility that our house could flood. The patio has lots of mold and mildew so glad we didn’t go for vacation. Neighbors were very friendly. Point of contact was great and very responsive and agreed to refund cleaning fee but we have not seen that yet.

Responsive retreat

My sister and I needed a property same day for another location that did not work out. Not only did the property manager Greg, respond immediately, but he stayed in contact to try and help us right away. We checked in a day later once vacated. The house is nice with a private pool! The furniture in the main sitting area definitely needs to be updated, as well as bath and pool towels replaced. General updates all around would make this an exceptional location. Pool temperature was pretty cool since the thermostat was set lower than expected. Again the property manager responded quickly and sent the pool maintenance person. We were able to enjoy a couple days at the pool with warmer setting. All and all, we were happy with the response before, during, and even after our stay! Thanks to Greg! Laurie L
