Pool Villa 'Coral Sunburst' Cape Coral, FL

  • Coral Sunburst is a large (1882 sq ft) modern vacation rental home in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping, dining and both bridges. Walk into the generous entry area to a view of the pool and the living area with cathedral ceiling and wet bar. The connected mirrored dining area has the lanai/pool on one side and the beautiful kitchen with maple cabinets on the other. Step into the oversized lanai and pool area (solar heating).
    The villa sleeps up to 6 adults and one child in 3 bedrooms (There is a $5 per night and person surcharge after 2 persons).
    Electricity: 60kWh per day (approximately $90/week) are included in your rent. Overage will be charged @ $0.22/kWh including taxes.
    You will be charged for "unexpected cleaning" @ $40/hour/cleaner.
