Peaceful fresh water canal home with heated pool. Incredible Value.

This is the house you want to rent!!!! We are residential remodelers from Minnesota and have owned and rented the home for 9 years. We stay at the property for several months in the winter and are constantly making improvements for ourselves and our guests. We have a well stocked home and do not charge for electricity! We have great reviews and strive to make your stay extraordinary.

The house has an open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances ,Cambria Counter tops with island, new washer and dryer. The pool is heated and is enclosed by a large Lanai with outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area and we have a pool fence if needed for children. We have a cement dock with lounge chairs and fishing poles with tackle in the garage.

This is a very quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village. The house is fully furnished and has a large new gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.

This home is located close to Sandoval and Surfside shops in SW Cape Coral.

Max occupancy is 6 people.

Electricity is included in the rate which is not typical in this market. 6% sales tax and 5 1/2 % tourist tax & exit cleaning fee are added to your quote.

Peace and quiet getaway

Great Stay

This was a mini vacay for me; just Labor Day weekend. Everything was as advertised and the location was great. Quiet neighborhood but just 2 miles to shopping and restaurants. Ill be back.

Great Cape Coral Stay

The house was very clean upon arrival and had all of the extras we wished for in a vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture, decor, and ammenities the property provided made it a very updated and enjoyable home to stay in. We were able to view a lot of wildlife in the canal and the sunsets were fabulous. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the Cape Coral area!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. My kids enjoyed the pool of course! Amazing family vacay

I can’t brag enough about this location, the house, the amenities on site, and the ease of communication with the owners. My family of four loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay at this property anytime we’re in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. The house had so many of the things we needed and a lot of wants as well, from everyday use items in the kitchen to the “oh I wish I would’ve brought that” and it was there item(s).

Gorgeous House

Everything was absolutely perfect the moment we walked through the doors. First thing out of my teenage boys mouth were it’s so clean, feels like home:) I would highly, highly recommend staying here! The owners are so hospitable and so easy to communicate with. I have stayed in A LOT of VRBO homes but this one was by far the best of the best!! Everything was so clean-We felt so comfortable all week!

All you could want

Fabulous villa in a lovely location alongside a canal. Peaceful and relaxing in a very well kept area. We would highly recommend this comfortable villa to anyone. We were very happy with this rental. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. We were contacted several times by the owner and property managers to ensure everything was running smoothly, which of course it was.

Wonderful experience in Cape Coral

All was best and the house was clean and well maintained. Lots of extra pool stuff was available for a great time. The same for a stay at the beaches. We called Greg for an issue and he promptly took care of us. Great property manager. We had one minor point that wasn’t ideal being here in the hot month of August, we couldn’t park our SUV in the garage and therefore in the shade. The owner has his car parked inside, to the far right and only compact fits comfortably.

Nice Place and Quiet Neighborhood

The overall stay was very enjoyable. However, the location was not as convenient as other stays in the Cape Coral area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with whatever you could possibly need. The checkout process was quite extensive, and nothing like we've ever been asked to do when staying at other Vrbo properties. The laundry room was quite noisy and could not be run at night due to the adjacent bedroom. We really appreciated all of the beach gear, but could have used more buckets, shovels, etc for the beach. The pool area was nice, but some of the chairs were old and rusty. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
