The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Great Room, Open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer. Heated pool in large Lanai, outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area, cement dock with lounge chairs. Very quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village where you can watch the Dolphins and Manatee swimming and playing in the gulf.. The house is fully furnished and has a large gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.
