  • 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a quiet but developing N W part of Cape Coral. The home has a nice lanai with a heated pool and is within walking distance to 7eleven.
    5 minutes to Farmer Joe’s, Aldi’s, Walmart grocery and Kohls. 10 mins to Matlacha where you can kayak or rent a boat to go fishing.
    20 mins to the yacht club and Cape beach. 40 mins to RSW airport and Sanibel.
    Close to Parks and Golf courses and many great restaurants.
