This house offers a private pool right outside the living area where you can enjoy the never ending Florida sunshine. Make your perfect evenings outside with the BBQ grill provided just for you.

This 2140 SF house has an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Offers fully equipped modern kitchen with island and 8 chairs for those memorable dinners while on vacations. House also had a formal dining room with 6 comfortable sittings. For those that need to work we offer a full office with printer.
Master Bedroom has 1 King bed with smart TV
Bedroom 2 has 1 Quin Bed
Bedroom 3 has 1 Quin Bed
Bedroom 4 has 2 Full Bunkbeds and a trundle
Office has Twin Day Bed and a trundle

Great family place

This house was perfect for our entire family, complete with bunk beds for the grandkids! Everything was clean and stocked. We would definitely recommend!

Golf Getaway

Property was in a good location for all our needs. Restaurants, golf courses and grocery stores were all easy to get to. The house had plenty of room for the four friends who made the trip. Backyard sitting area and pool was nice and private.

Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a fabulous time! We spent a lot of time on the lanai and in the heated pool. The property is close to everything we wanted. There are many seafood restaurants, beaches, beautiful hikes and live music venues nearby. The inside of the home is newly remodeled and gorgeous!

Short fun stay

We stayed only 4 days! We enjoyed the owl preservation in the neighborhood. The pool was cold the first day we got there. The host was amazing and communicated directly with us to have the pool looked at immediately. We appreciated how clean the property was and fast the host was to respond to any questions we had!!

Wonderful experience

My daughter was impressed with the property the moment she walked in. Everything was so well taken care of, clean and organized. It was close to restaurants and shopping. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and have a good and quiet time.

Weekend getaway

The house was very clean and beautiful .We actually had to reschedule and Mrs Panek was very understanding. And accommodating to the situation.We will definitely be renting there again. The pool was awesome my daughter sure enjoyed it the neighborhood is very quiet Overall my stay was a 9.5 out 10 .Thank you Mrs Panek for being honest and having such a lovely home .Thank you

A Dream

We had such an amazing time at our stay! The house was everything we could hoped for and had everything we needed.The host helped us out with all questions and was so easy to communicate with. We had every store we need just a quick drive away. I would 100% stay here again!

The rental property was great, very techy. The pool area could have been cleaner, alot of spiders and webs, which we took care of as best we could, but all in all a very nice place,
