The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy and Del Prado Blvd. with its restaurants and stores and the area offers great options for walking or biking. It is a boater's paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you would like to bring your own boat or let us assist you with a boat rental.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 15minutes to Matlacha, 35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 35 minutes to Florida International Airport.

Pearl features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
