• A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.

• For security purposes, a doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance. There are no cameras inside the house, on the pool deck, or in the backyard. Full privacy is guaranteed.
