The open-style kitchen features a center island with some bar stools to enjoy some snacks. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and lots of cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals during your stay.
The inviting backyard features a tropical saltwater pool where you can enjoy your favorite summer cocktail to cool down. It also features a BBQ where you can prepare your favorite dinner, a dining table where you can enjoy a quiet family meal, and some loungers to sunbathe after swimming in the pool or to contemplate the native plants and wildlife outside the screen cage.
The master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed to enjoy a restful night's sleep and a TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows, as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features an elegant large shower, a separate toilet room, and two separate vanities with beautiful countertops and plenty of cabinets.
The second bedroom features a Queen-size bedroom, direct access and view to the pool area, and an en-suite half bathroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-size beds.
Villa Sandle requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

Outstanding Customer Service
The highlight of this years rental was the courtesy and professional manner in which Bruno and Mary handled our stay. They made check-in and out seamless and simple, they responded to every request swiftly and with logical answers.
The house was immaculate and comfortable. They have out highest recommendation.

Very nice place, to be a bit better…needs handrail into pool and a pool cover. Hard to warm up in the winter. Managers very accommodating. Very convenient location. Very quiet area.

Great place and great location
Our youngest son lives less than 2 miles away and we like spending time going to Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, and Fort Myers. Location was perfect for us. The property and house was very clean and well kept. There are plenty of amenities for cooking, cleaning, and living like you are at home. Loved the open floor plan with plenty of seating and comfort for our family to gather. Will be booking in the future as it was an excellent experience staying here.

The house is beautiful. The pool was awesome . Everything was clean .
The only problem was the construction. The house next door was getting the roof done and the pool. They started at 730 am until 7 pm . Nothing on the weekend only during the weekdays. Other than that it’s a beautiful home with everything you need. I did enjoy my stay.

renters should know
the house was amazing; HOWEVER, renters need to be aware of the construction next door and across the street. There were workers less than 200 ft. from the backyard which made it impossible to relax by the pool. Jackhammers and other loud equipment Monday-Friday.
Overall, the house was everything I'd hoped.... beautiful, state of the art appliances, and cleanliness. If I could have picked up the property and moved to another location, my stay would have been perfect!!
