  • House is on quiet street with no thru traffic and close to salt water canal. Old Cape Coral is only 3 miles away with great restaurants and bars, Rumrunners along with other shopping is close by at Cape Harbour and is a great evening place to mingle. Also 3 miles from Sun Splash Family water park, and miniature golf. Lots of room for the family!!
