Villa CShells is a three bedroom, two bathroom beautiful heated pool home with perfect south-western exposure, where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine ALL day, as well the beautiful sunset at night. It is located in the SW part of Cape Coral, one of the top-rated places to live in Cape Coral, close to Cape Harbour Marina, with all the restaurants, bars, shops, and the beautiful luxurious boats in the marina.

The villa has a split floor plan giving you plenty of privacy and space if you are traveling with family and friends. Master bedroom has a king size bed and is en-suite with a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi tub and enjoys direct access to the pool/lanai.

Two additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home (1 queen and 2 twins) with a second bathroom with direct access to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, blender, etc. everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Outside by the lanai area there is a gas BBQ-grill. Spacious dining area and loungers overlooking the gorgeous pool and Florida green garden.
