The Villa is about 30 minutes ride from Fort Myers Beach, the dream island Sanibel, Captiva, it is a quick ride to Pine Island, Bokeelia with a lots of fun parks and restaurants in between.
At the end of the day you can choose between Villa`s private lanai - sipping a beverage, enjoying stunning, breathtaking sunset and grilling Southern Florida catch of the day seafood or dine in the restaurants nearby offering delicious food.
Villa Hidden Pearl is modern, luxury furnished and will meet the highest demand.In addition, our home is fully equipped with all amenities you need for your vacation - linens, towels, soap, gas grill, etc...
The lanai offers fantastic views of the canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy the saltwater heated pool and lounge beds. It, also, has 2 dining tables with enough space for 10 people.
Bright and sunny, the house is with open floor plan, looking out at the saltwater build-in pool and canal.
This 2600 sq. foot house offers 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, dining room, great room is modern and exclusively furnished and was equipped with a 75“. There are 3 more televisions in the bedrooms. The doors in the great room can be open completely, allowing to enjoy lanai from the great room.
There is a sleeping sofa (opens to full size memory foam mattress) in the den.
Cable TV, hi-speed wireless internet are included at no added cost.

Great place

The house was perfect. Only suggestion is to put a handrail on steps to get in pool.
