Relaxing quiet stay

The home was great for our group of six - 4 adults and 2 children. We’ve stayed in many homes in Cape Coral over the years and this one met expectations on a nice quiet culdesac style street so low traffic. The pool was a great temperature - warm each day. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful modern home and very clean upon arrival. Bathrooms clean and beautiful including a relaxing rainfall showerhead in the master suite. A little bit of wear and tear with kitchen cupboards and the main living room couch but nothing significant. Could use more extras in kitchen like garbage bags and ziplocks for storage of foods, etc. but not a big deal. Pool area could use a power washing of the pavers. We would stay again!

Enjoyable and Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our 4 1/2 week stay at Villa Lola. The home is very nice, and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and very modern. Flooring throughout the home is lovely. Kitchen is fairly well equipped, (there is a coffee maker, but no Keurig) and there is a pantry. The beds were comfortable, and there are plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels. Pool is heated, and clean. Pool maintenance is done weekly. Lawn is well maintained. The outdoor kitchen is not functional, other than the sink. Only negatives: the living room only has a sofa, and coffee table...no side tables and no chairs; the sofa is worn; Only TV's are in the living room and guest bedroom, with very basic TV options; There are no handles to assist in exiting the pool for older people; There is a nice screen enclosure over the pool, but needs to be cleaned of cobwebs. Lastly, the front entryway to the home needs a little TLC (new front door (for "curb appeal") and more user friendly lockbox). Overall, we were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional Stay with Unparalleled Service!

We stayed at Vila Lola in Cape Coral for 10 nights with four families, including four children, and it was a fantastic experience! The property was spacious, with plenty of beds, chairs, dining space, and outdoor seating to comfortably accommodate everyone.The home was spotless and well-maintained. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and essentials like toilet paper, dishes, utensils, and towels were all provided. We didn’t need to buy a thing!The property management team was incredibly responsive. When we needed a showerhead fixed, it was taken care of within minutes after a quick phone call. Their professionalism and attentiveness made our stay even better.The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the saltwater heated pool, kept at a perfect 84F, was a highlight for both kids and adults.What truly impressed us was the honesty of the cleaning crew and management. One of the girls in our group left behind expensive jewelry in a nightstand. The cleaning crew found it, reported it immediately, and it was mailed back to us securely with insurance. This level of integrity is rare and greatly appreciated!Vila Lola exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t recommend it enough. It’s a perfect spot for a luxurious, worry-free vacation in Cape Coral.
