- Beautiful NEW CONSTRUCTION home with great attention to detail! Upon entering the home, you have a large living area overlooking the large and modern waterfall island and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This home features 10ft coffer ceilings in the living area and 9.4ft ceilings in all of the other rooms in the home. Large floor tiles throughout the home, a custom built-in tv enclosure with a creative tile design from floor to ceiling, an electric fireplace, and a 65” TV (TV Included).
