Great location

Great location, quiet road and only minutes away from stores and restaurants. The place could be cleaned better, the bottoms of our feet were black, pool was never clean as the filter didn’t seem to be working. Hot tub was always cold or burning hot, never a great temperature. Kitchen is well stocked.

House was very nice and clean. Only thing was the pool spa would not heat. Owner was contacted and she responded quickly but spa never got hot. She tried to get pool people out, but since a Saturday, I assume they did not respond. We were really looking forward to a warm spa/hot tub which didn’t happen. Owner said she had just replaced the heater, so not sure what the problem was with the heating. Otherwise, everything was fine and good location for convenience.

Everything my sister and me needed was in this vacational rental. We were happy with this older but clean rental. Only complaint was tvs were difficult to setup to watch our favorite movie channels. Definitely German oriented!

Hot Summer Florida Vacation

We stayed in this VRBO when it was steamy hot in Florida! The VRBO offered cool air conditioner during the mid day heat. The kids would have lived in the swimming pool if we would have let them! We would have liked to park our car in the garage but the owners car is kept in the garage. It is a safe neighborhood...we just wanted to get our car out of the blazing sun. We went through one lightening storm and it blew out the modem so for a few days we didn't have internet but that wasn't something anyone could really do anything about.

Just spent a great week at Coral Princess. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Nice spot for morning walks. The house is well equipped. Close to Fort Myers, the beaches, ballparks. The pool and hot tub were our favorites.
