Everything about the stay was 5 star. Communication , the house , everything you could think of was provided- bikes, fishing rods, pool floats. This makes the whole experience worth rebooking year after year.

Perfect house on the canal

The perfect family vacation in cape coral. It was our first time staying in the cape coral area and it was the perfect base location. Very clean with excellent communication,Not one complaint and highly recommended the kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Family Vacation

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. We had another great family vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious, clean and the pool is the best. The home is also located to many wonderful restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful time and were impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to several restaurants. Outdoor area is spacious with several seated areas and the pool is fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Super luxurious house

We spent a week as family with two teenage boys in this house. We enjoyed it very much. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. And it is extremly well equipped especially if you plan to spend some time on the beaches. A great house to stay at in Cape Coral.

Great home!

My husband and I and our two kids stayed here for 9 nights during the month of August. Yes, it was hot, but the pool was so lovely. Great home, very clean, comfortable, and functional. We had everything we needed. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with.

Prefect House!

This house was amazing and had everything we could have asked for and more! It was exactly like it was described and had every amenity you could ask for! Jill was very helpful and responded quickly. My husband and I took our 8 year old and my in-laws came a few days later! We can’t wait to come back and visit this beautiful area and home! I will miss my little lizard friends!

Perfect Stay

We had a lovley stay!The location was great...close to the grocery stores, and anything else you need.Nice quiet neighborhood, and relaxing at night.Everything was very clean, and the check in process was seamless. The house has everything you need including beach toys. The only thing I would suggest is better outdoor furniture..the outdoor couch wasn't very comfortable, and one of the beds needs a new mattress or bed, it's very loud every time you roll over and kept waking up one of the guests at night. Other than that it was a lovley stay and we would definitely come again! Thank you!

Magical Week

My husband and I spent a week at this Luxury Villa. It is even more gorgeous than the pictures show. Great location on a quiet and clean canal. Convenient to lots of different beaches. Screened in pool and spa were glorious. The kitchen was well stocked and spotless. We only used the master bedroom, but the two other bedrooms were delightful. Very nice to have the guest bath accessible from the pool area. Just a magical week for me and the hubby on a much needed getaway.

Wonderful

Just back from a two week stay in this lovely home. The house is well maintained and comfortable. The pool and spa were where we spent the majority of our time and it couldn’t possibly have been any better. Having a laundry room was awesome. Dining outside was bug-free and very enjoyable. The view is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely and walkable. The beds were very comfortable, a very important thing for us. The best recommendation I can make is that we've already rebooked for a future stay. Dealing with the owner and property manager, another five star experience. Thank you Lori and Jill.

Home away from home..........

My sister and I look forward every year to being together in Cape Coral, and this year we selected this wonderful home as our home base. The house is exactly as described in the VRBO website, and all that I can add is our immediate sense of cozy, homey comfort there. The decor conveys a tasteful sense of welcoming and security, without clutter. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The canal offers calm water and open sky views. It was everything we had hoped for and we look forward to returning next year.

Family New Year’s on the canal

The property was wonderful, and the property manager was fantastic. She asked us to call her as we were getting close to arrival, and what a helpful conversation. She told us everything we needed to know and let us know that she was available at any time. However we didn’t need to contact her because the property was great. Right on a canal, beautiful and spacious. Everything you could need from kitchen items to pool and beach toys. The house is 45 minutes from a number of the best beaches (Ft. Meyers, Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island), and on non-beach days the pool and spa are awesome. Also close enough to stores and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, A . We’ll be back.

Simply a wonderful Place to be

We were already the 2nd time in this wonderful house. It simply has everything you need to feel absolutely at home. Special praise goes to Jill. We had reported the failure of the air conditioning to Jill in the evening. Already the next morning the craftsman was there and installed a new air conditioner. That is top service. In addition, and a daily rate was immediately refunded. That is not a service that can be taken for granted. Thank you very much again for that.

Excellent property/location

We are a senior couple who have been long time vacationers in Cape Coral. This property is extremely clean, comfortable and in a very quiet friendly neighborhood. If you are looking for a neighborhood where rush hour consists of walkers rather than traffic, this is the place for you. The house itself is meticulous with attention to small details such as tissue boxes, ample kitchen/bathroom supplies, sparkling clean house and outdoor areas, bikes and pool/beach supplies in great condition. The pool/spa and dock are in excellent condition and there is comfortable outdoor furniture for enjoying the glorious Florida sunshine. Arrival and departure instructions are clear and concise..the property manager, Jill, is immediately available for any questions. This property is in walking distance (2.47 miles) to our favorite place for restaurants…Cape Harbour. It is also a 2 minute drive to Publix Camelot Isles location…Overtime Sports Bar for pizza or the Creamery for ice cream. All in all this property has everything needed for a perfectly relaxing Cape Coral vacation and we will definitely be yearly returning renters. Thank you, Lori, for sharing your beautiful property.
