Villa Bayshore offers one of the most sought-after locations in Cape Coral, directly on the Caloosahatchee River with breathtaking panoramic views and fast boat access with the on-site private 2023 Hurricane SunDeck 2690 350PS to the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Its sunny southern exposure, elegant Florida lifestyle across two levels, and complete renovation with modern furnishings create an exceptional waterfront retreat. The highlight is the expansive infinity saltwater pool overlooking the open river.

The villa is designed for unforgettable Florida holidays, combining indoor and outdoor living at its finest. Large sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the living area and lanai, creating a spacious, light-filled environment with stunning water views. The sun deck with comfortable loungers invites you to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The living room features a 75-inch flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a billiard table, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and YouTube TV for entertainment and relaxation. The modern, fully equipped open kitchen offers beautiful views of the pool and river. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or directly at the dock – the perfect start to your day. A Ninja coffee maker is provided.

The villa offers a total of five bedrooms, including two master suites, and three bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the ground floor you will find one master suite, one king bedroom, and a bedroom with two full beds, some with direct access to the pool area. Upstairs, an additional master suite and a king bedroom share a full bathroom.

For an unforgettable boating experience, the private boat (Hurricane SunDeck 2690, model year 2023) is available for optional rental. From the villa, you reach the river within one minute, ideal for sunset cruises, island hopping, shelling on secluded beaches, or docking at waterfront restaurants. Please note that the dock and lift are reserved exclusively for this rental boat.

Guests are welcomed and supported by a professional, German-speaking property management team. Small, non-shedding dogs may be accepted upon request. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is permitted outdoors only. The base rate includes two guests; additional guests are subject to an extra nightly fee.

Best part of Cape Coral

The location is fabulous. The house and pool were great! Brand new house minutes over the Cape Coral bridge. Waterview was spectacular. Saw dolphins in the river right outside the patio!! We rented the boat and had several days cruising through the river and Gulf. We visit every year to see family and this was the best place we have ever stayed at in Cape Coral.

Great house on the river

The house is great. We spent spring break here with our three kids and my parents and loved it. We used the pool every day. The kitchen is well stocked with pots / pans for cooking meals, and they have a good size grill. The management company is fantastic and responded to every question we had very quicly.The one thing we wish we would've known is about the boat rental. The boat is a minimum 5-day rental but the water on the river is very choppy and makes it difficult to park the boat on the lift. So unless you are a very experienced boater, you won't be able to use it much. Otherwise, our experience was great.

Family Summer Get away

Enjoyed a get away with our kiddos and my sister! Location was wonderful. House was very clean and provided everything we could’ve asked for! One of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed. 3 major draw backs for us - extremely loud construction all day most days next door with loud trucks dropping rocks etc starting at 7:30am. 2. Tons of bugs biting while we were swimming. If we had known about how bad the bugs were - might’ve changed our minds staying there. We are all bitten from head to toe and it took the fun out of the evening swims especially, couldn’t enjoy meals on the veranda etc. 3. had to pay per person additional service charges for the stay which is a first for us on top of the rental fee….
