Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach all your desired excursion destinations, while the nearby Pine Island Road with its well-known restaurants, shops and food markets invites you to stroll and enjoy.

Inside the villa, three tastefully decorated bedrooms - two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed - ensure a good night's sleep. Two modern shower bathrooms, one of which also has a bathtub, provide the necessary comfort. The centrepiece is the spacious living/dining room with an LCD TV including DVD player. All bedrooms are also equipped with an LCD TV, and the free WLAN throughout the house guarantees a problem-free Internet connection at all times. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped - from a toaster, coffee machine and blender to a dishwasher and fridge-freezer with icecube maker, leaving nothing to be desired.
