- We'd love to welcome you to Coves in The Cape!!! Our newly renovated 1/1 is managed and hosted by native professional locals. We invite you on your getaway to sunny SWFL to stay in our poolside retreat. Hangout and enjoy yummy beverages and grilling your favorite foods by the pool by day and enjoy the many restaurants, bars and nightlife in downtown Cape Coral about a half mile away in the evening. The property is centrally located to take full advantage of the Yacht Club & public Beach (6 min), "island time"! Mattlacha(20 min), Ft.Myers Beach(30 min) and downtown Ft.Myers Riverfront(25 min) is just a short drive away.
The apartment features a comfortable queen size bed and full-size shower and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, toaster, blender, Keurig machine, and cleaning supplies. The living room has a 55" smart TV and sectional with a full size slide out sleeper. Hi Speed WiFi works around entire property. Washer/dryer in unit.
The covered patio has 4 person table to enjoy outdoor dining and socializing. Also features a large pool deck with seating and lounge chairs and plenty of space to use the BBQ grill. 14,000 gallon heated pool has plenty of floats and toys for everyone.
This property hosts another unit (2/2) as well, so the pool is shared and the deck is common grounds, but each unit has its own private entrances on separate sides of property. Inquire about reserving both units simultaneously to accommodate more quests in you party.
